Well, streaming just means that you are streaming information from a source. When streaming some of it is lost and the quality has to go down a bit because it's too much for pretty much any network to receive such quality of video and have to load it while playing it. Downloading it just means that the information is stored on your computer and can easily show the 'actual' quality and with no information lost. What you think Save link as doesn't mean what you think it means, it just gives you a link to JUST the stream rather than the website and the stream on it. The information still has to be sent from the website to your computer through the internet and is because of that streamed - which like I said reduces the quality. What the 'Save link as' really means is just creating a new link to the video you're stremaing. Actually downloading it means saving the video on your computer.

It then allows me to choose a place in my computer, and then after clicking save, puts it down in the download bar (Chrome). After it successfully downloads (Had to use the word download due to lack of a better word), I can open it with windows media player and watch it when ever I like (Also says it is in 720p, I think).

The download you're talking about, if not using KPoints, is about downloading the stream. This way you download the stream that you're normally watching on your PC but now save it on your computer. The quality and whatever sound/video info that was lost during that stream is also lost in the copy you downloaded. Downloading the actual video gives you the video source which in turns gives you the high quality audio and the 'real' 720p (google if you want to see the difference, it's actually quite a lot) and it becomes even bigger when it comes to 1080p. METHOD 1: If you want to download Sakura Movie 2 go to a page like this for example: In the middle of the page, there will be a button that says 'Click here to download all' click that.
